Work on Crown Valley Bridge slated to start mid-month

OC Public Works will start completing routine repairs to the Crown Valley Parkway Bridge this mid-month. This project aims to extend its service life and maintain safe operation. It’s a plan that will include the bridge’s replacing joint seals and expansion joints.

This project happens in an unincorporated area of the county next to the City of Mission Viejo. For about 6 weeks, this project will place from Mondays through Saturdays. Work will start at 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Everyone is advised to expect traffic delays.

All motorists who use Crown Valley Parkway, note that traffic control and lane control measures will be in place. Reduced speed limits and K-rail barriers will be used for the safety of the workers. Two lanes will remain open in each direction.
