Mission Viejo Santa’s Arrival and Illumination

The season of giving is slowly crawling up to our doors with lively Christmas decorations–Christmas lights blinking in sync with the Christmas spirit lingering in the air. Snow is falling, and kids are running around with their laughter like bells in the wind. Yes, Christmas is almost here. And for Mission Viejo, the residents are welcoming this in a much more unique way.

Holiday music for children will fill the air with “Sierra: An Acoustic Experience.” It will most likely give the children that exciting experience of the Christmas spirit compared to last year, with the pandemic almost shutting everything down. Now, with herd immunity and other countries almost achieving this, a better Christmas is right around the corner. Especially Santa Claus!

Let your children witness the small humble parade of Santa and his companions from the North Pole on the evening of the 28th of November. It’s normal to expect him to arrive on his sleigh and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer pulling it, but this time will be a little different. Santa will come on top of a Fire Truck at 6 pm. With his arrival, he’ll turn on the Christmas lights in Mission Viejo to ring in that Holiday Spirit!
